1. Acceptance
These terms govern use of the AITarea website, the subscription to use the AITarea software and custom development services. By sending a subscription request or signing the corresponding proposal, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy.
Service provider: Black Mamba Systems SL (Tax ID ), registered at España, email info@blackmambasystem.com.
2. Subject matter of the contract
The purpose is to grant, while the subscription is active, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the AITarea software, a Windows desktop application that orchestrates AI agents on the customer's computers (local-first).
The subscription includes, unless otherwise stated on the pricing page:
- Right to use the software on the customer's Windows machines under these terms.
- Access to product updates for 1 year from payment confirmation.
- Download and installation instructions after payment confirmation.
Ownership of the software and its source code is not transferred. Custom development, implementation and maintenance services are contracted separately through a fixed quote accepted in writing.
3. Technical requirements and customer responsibilities
To use AITarea the customer must have, at minimum:
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system (64-bit).
- .NET 8 Runtime.
- Internet connection for AI model calls.
- Their own AI provider API key of their choice.
- Adequate hardware and disk space for workspaces and logs.
Costs, limits and conditions of AI providers (or other third parties) are outside Black Mamba Systems SL and are entirely the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for reviewing, validating and approving any result generated with the software.
4. Price, minimum term, VAT and invoicing
Basic plan: €75 + VAT per month per company, for up to 3 PCs; each additional PC is €15 + VAT per month. The contract has a minimum term of 12 months from activation, billed monthly, or may be paid upfront with the Annual plan (€750 + VAT per year). At the end of the term it renews automatically for 12-month periods unless notice is given by email at least 30 days in advance. If the customer cancels before completing 12 months, the remaining fees up to the minimum term are payable. The 14-day free trial carries no cost or commitment. Custom services (from €1,500 + VAT) and maintenance (from €150 + VAT per month) are governed by the accepted proposal.
The customer must provide real and complete company billing details (legal name, tax ID, billing address and contact details). The invoice will be issued with that information. The customer is responsible for its accuracy.
5. Contracting and payment
- The customer sends a trial or subscription request from the website.
- Black Mamba Systems SL contacts the customer and confirms the company billing details and number of PCs.
- The customer accepts these terms and the chosen option (monthly or annual).
- Black Mamba Systems SL activates the service and issues the invoice; payment is made by the indicated means (bank transfer, direct debit or card).
- The contract is formed when the service is activated after the customer's acceptance.
After activation, Black Mamba Systems SL will send the customer access, download and installation instructions by email.
6. License of use and restrictions
You are authorized to:
- Install and use AITarea on Windows machines controlled by the customer.
- Use the software for the customer's lawful professional purposes.
The following is prohibited unless Black Mamba Systems SL gives written authorization:
- Resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or installer.
- Circumvent technical protection measures or perform reverse engineering not permitted by law.
- Use the software for unlawful, fraudulent activities or to harm third-party rights.
- Share access credentials or updates with unauthorized third parties.
7. Updates and support
While the subscription is active, the customer receives product updates and email support on business days. When the contract ends or is terminated, the right to use the software and receive updates ends.
8. Nature of the software and disclaimer for use
AITarea is an assistance tool based on AI agents. It does not replace the customer's technical, professional or legal judgment. Black Mamba Systems SL provides the software and how it works; it does not control or assume responsibility for:
- Instructions, prompts or data the customer provides to the system.
- Code, documents or other results generated or executed with the software.
- Damages arising from use or misuse, data loss, business interruption or third-party violations, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The software is provided «as is», without warranty of uninterrupted availability or that AI results are correct, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Right of withdrawal
If the customer acts as a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within the periods and conditions provided by consumer law. However, for digital content or software not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may not apply when the customer has given prior express consent to start performance and acknowledged that they lose that right once delivery begins, as legally established.
If the customer acts as a business or professional, consumer withdrawal rules do not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Support
Access, download or billing issues may be reported to info@blackmambasystem.com or via the contact form. Response times will be reasonable during business hours and do not constitute a guaranteed SLA unless specifically agreed.
11. Changes
Black Mamba Systems SL may modify these terms for future purchases. Changes will not affect contracts already finalized unless required by law or expressly accepted by the customer. The current version will be the one published on this page.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, consumer protection rules apply where relevant; otherwise, the competent courts under the law.
